Ram Gopal Varma's RAKTA CHARITRA has been in the news because of its unique casting that will see the debut of top star from South, Surya of Tamil GHAJINI fame, along with the master 'gangster' Vivek Oberoi in the role of Paritala Ravi. In fact we had brought you the details as to why Varma chose Vivek to play the role of Paritala Ravi months ago on your very own portal. Here is more on the much anticipated film.Surya is all set to dub in Hindi for the very first time. And since RAKTA CHARITRA is his first Hindi project and he is not at all fluent in the language, the GHAJINI star has gone ahead and hired a teacher to teach him the National language. He is taking his lessons very seriously and is now quite comfortable with the language to the extent that he can even read Hindi newspapers! He is also being helped by his beautiful actress wife Jyothika of DOLI SAJA KE RAKHNA fame (apart from a number of hit Tamil films).
Well, Ramu's RAKTA CHARITRA is certainly getting exciting and Surya will indeed be an added incentive to watch the film, especially for those who have seen the original GHAJINI, and know how superb and sensational he was!
While still on RAKTA CHARITRA, Surya will begin shooting for the film from February 2010.
