Speaking to Glamsham.com, Rajkumar Hirani, the director the most awaited film of this year---3 IDIOTS, found it difficult to de-glam the actress for the role in the film.

According to Hirani, "I wanted Kareena to look less glamorous. But, it was not easy. Since, Kareena is too glamorous without make up also. In order to make her look convincing, we decided to give her thick glasses to wear. To some extent we managed to bring down the glamour quotient. In hindsight, I would say that it was not an easy task to de-glam Kareena Kapoor in the film."
The film is already creating buzz for its youthful theme. With the release date only a few days away, let's hope Kareena's de-glam avtaar is as alluring as her persona.
