It would look like 2009 went 'extra well' for Sonu Niigaam, starting with chart busters like 'Soniyo' and 'Chiggy Wiggy' and ending with songs from 3 IDIOTS like 'All Izz Well' and 'Zooby Dooby'.However, all is not so well with the singer's health. He was admitted to an undisclosed hospital due to low blood pressure, fatigue and minor slipped disc, being advised complete bed rest for the next few days. Sonu is also suffering from tennis elbow in both his arms and is currently undergoing treatment for that as well.
Sources close to him say that Sonu's main concern and worry now, is his forthcoming set of tours to be held in Singapore and Israel. He is doing everything in his power to get back on his feet as soon as possible. We wish our favourite singer a speedy recovery!
