Shemaroo's PANGAA GANG to fight deforestation

Shemaroo Entertainment's 3D animation film PANGAA GANG has joined hands with NDTV Greenathon to fight deforestation through a unique "Green Tip of the Day" message campaign that talks about saving the environment. These messages will be showcased across NDTV Channels by the characters of the movie PANGAA GANG.
The animation adventure targeted at kids unfolds on screens on 15th January 2010. PANGAA GANG deals with the issues of deforestation which is currently a growing concern worldwide and it is the key contributor to global warming worldwide. This association is to spread awareness about the harmful effects of deforestation and to encourage kids at an early age to take necessary steps to preserve the environment
Speaking on this occasion Smita Maroo, VP - Animation, Shemaroo Entertainment said, "The environment is a key issue that we are dealing with across the world today. With his ample experience and expertise of doing animation films like BAL HANUMAN, BAL GANESH, BAL GANESH 2 and TV Serial 'Hukum Mere Aaka', the director has worked out on its characters very deeply and features the voices of Archana Puransingh, Sudesh Bhonsle, Purbi Joshi and Sweeny Khera.
