Konkona Sen can look at 2010 with a wide smile on her face. And why not? After all she had an eventful 2009 with films as diverse as Karan Johar's WAKE UP SID, Farhan Akhtar's LUCK BY CHANCE and Rohan Sippy's unassuming but a reasonably delightful comedy like THE PRESIDENT IS COMING behind her. 2010 should be starting on a positive note too with ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? turning out to be her first release of the year.Though Konkona does regret that THE PRESIDENT IS COMING didn't quite get the kind of visibility and market that it deserved, one can safely assume that she won't have any reasons to complain when it comes to ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE?. After all it has 'big names' like Ajay Devgn and Paresh Rawal involved which should ensure good promotion and marketing.

"Yeah, of course", smiles Konkona, "With this film I am lucky that there are people like Ajay and Paresh involved who are known for the work that they have done in the past. Their comedy flicks have been so successful so there won't be any issue around visibility etc. I know that the film would find popular appeal for sure since it is in safe hands. Also, the fact is that the entire shooting was very organized and smooth. Both Ajay and Paresh are very well respected personalities in their own right and know their job for sure. This is why working in ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? was quite a relaxed and peaceful experience."
Directed by Ashwani Dhir of ONE TWO THREE fame, ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? is an Amita Pathak production. With music by Pritam and lyrics by Irshad Kamil, the film is seeing a 5th March release.
