For both Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza, the year 2010 has started on a mixed note. Neither RANN nor CHANCE PE DANCE did well at the box office. However, the silver lining was the appreciation that both the actors earned for their act in the two films. Though Genelia had received some flak for her last release LIFE PARTNER, audience warmed up to her performance in CHANCE PE DANCE. On the other hand Riteish Deshmukh, who didn't have many cheers coming his way after ALADIN, came up with a pleasant surprise in the form of RANN where audiences were happy to see his serious side.Talking about the same seriousness, one wonders what's brewing in the personal life of both the actors. It has been more than half a decade since the release of TUJHE MERI KASAM (their debut film) and one continues to hear grapevine, gossips, rumours etc. about their 'good friendship'. Does Riteish want to announce the reality behind it once and for all so that everyone is finally happy and content? Does he wish to reveal what exactly is his 'real life chemistry' with the pretty girl?

"My stand stays on to be just the same that I have been maintaining all this while", smiles Riteish, "Media friends like you have been running it on and on for so long now and it entirely depends upon you that for how many more months and years do you wish to run it. Beyond that, I really don't have anything left to comment."
Well, with Riteish maintaining his stand when it comes to the love in his life, guess one would have to wait for some more months at least (if not years) before the world gets to know about the real truth. Till then, the field is open for all speculations, grapevine, gossips and rumours to continue!
