Jeeva not bothered about IPL

Even as the IPL fever has gripped the country, Jeeva is confident that his forthcoming venture 'Kacheri Arambam' releasing next week would draw huge crowds, unaffected by the cricket extravaganza.
"Though cricket is a rage in India, I am sure those who love good cinema would still come to the theatres. And I am confident that they would like 'Kacheri Arambam', which is a thorough commercial entertainer," he says.
"Unlike your regular potboilers, Kacheri Arambam is perfectly packed with all the mass elements. The takeaways would be Vadivelu's comedy and a peppy song featuring Nisha Kothari. Tollywood actor J D Chakravathy plays a menacing baddie," Jeeva adds.
Produced by R B Choudhary, the film which has Poonam Bajwa opposite Jeeva, is directed by Thiraivannan, a former associate of Boopathy Pandian, Seeman and Selvabharathy
"There are no punch dialogues or gory stunt sequences. We have interlaced the commercial elements very well," says the actor.
