P. Vasu roars in 'Puli Vesham'

P Vasu is all thrilled as his Kannada movie 'Aaptha Rakshaka' is breaking all previous box office records in the neighbouring Karnataka. "Vishnuvaradhan's fans have made it a big film. They come in droves to watch the movie. All the artistes including Sandhya and Vimala Raman have come in for a lot of appreciation for their performances." he says.
In the meantime, the filmmaker is gearing up to direct RK in his next Tamil venture titled 'Puli Vesham'. Speaking about the film, Vasu says, "It is a story based both in a city and a village. It is a string of events that happens in the life of an innocent young man. The movie has two heroines and Srikanth Deva is scoring the music."
He adds: "I wanted an actor like RK to play the lead role in the film. Because he doesn’t have any particular image and can fit easily to any character. I am hopeful that we can together give a hit."
Ask him whether 'Aptha Rakshaka' will be remade in Tamil like how its first part 'Apthamithra' was made as 'Chandramukhi', he says, "I am planning to make the movie in Tamil too. But it is so early to comment about it since nothing has been finalised."
