Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir Kapoor who shot a soft drink commercial in Mumbai recently have hit it off. Over the last weekend, Ranbir, who says he has grown up watching Sanjay’s films, went over to Imperial Heights for dinner.And at his behest, Maanyata Dutt made khichda (a mutton speciality). Then the boys (yeah, Sanju is 51 but he often behaves like a boy) ate, drank and made merry till the wee hours of the morning.These two who have been wanting to do a film together for the longest time (remember all those premature stories of how Raj Kapoor’s grandson would work with Nargis’ son were floated) are still in the hope that someone will sign them together. PS: Maanyata is a huge Ranbir fan. Oh God, the film industry and their sycophancy!
