One of a kind filmmakers in Tamil Mani Ratnam and Sasikumar will launch the album of ‘Kalavani’ on April 19 in Chennai. Actor Madhavan’s manager Nazir has produced the film under the banner Sherali Films.
‘Pasanga’ fame Vimal and the newcomer from Kerala Helen play the lead roles. ‘Kalavani’ is directed by debutant Sargunam who was an assistant to director Vijay of ‘Kireedom’ and ‘Poi Solla Porom’.
‘Kalavani’ is about a crook and a girl who falls in love with him. Director Sargunam is overflowing with confidence that his first film will be an interesting film for the masses. S.S. Kumaran of ‘Poo’ fame has tuned the melodies for this film.
