Manirathnam – The Management Guru

Guess what? Once when asked about to speak on his mantra of success in film industry, Manirathnam politely replied, “It’s all about a good management skill. Whatever maybe the industry or sort of work you’re dealing with, it’s about getting things done with perfection inheriting the traits and pulling in your innovative quotients. But at the end of day, Managing time and artists ensures good results.”It’s true and obvious that this motto has paved a successful way for Manirathnam for past three decades. His upcoming film ‘Raavana’ has more highlighting traits that ace director doesn’t want to publicize. It seems that a particular festival song has 500 group dancers shaking legs together and this was completely shot within time duration of one week. The locales of deep forest in Madhya Pradesh weren’t a favorable condition for shooting the song and yet Manirathnam made it happen. Patently, no such film had such big star-casts in a bilingual film (around dozen of main league actors in Bollywood and Tamil film industry) and the auteur was cool enough to deal with their schedules in spite of so many hurdles right from the first day of shooting.Let’s hope that ‘Raavana’ yields the successful results for this man of honor, who patently deserves it
