Emraan Hashmi: I was skeptical about TUM MILE

Emraan Hashmi is happy that TUM MILE will present him in a new avtar. Known for having a definite grey streak to 90% of the characters he has played so far, Emraan Hashmi has gone for a complete image makeover. Playing a quintessential romantic hero, he is extremely positive that after the release of the film, he would be looked upon as someone who can also show a sensitive side of him, if given an opportunity.
"And for that opportunity, I am thankful to my director Kunal Deshmukh", Emraan is quick to acknowledge, "If not for him, I would have continued playing the kind of roles I have been successful in. In fact when Kunal spoke to me about the role, I was skeptical because I have never played a full on romantic guy before. It was Kunal who told me that TUM MILE will take me to a next level. He had quite a few pointers to validate his claim.
