Tanushree: You may not be sizzling but still look glamorous

Tanushree Dutta is happy looking at a new phase in her career where she would be now seen in an intense role in two films - APARTMENT and ROKK. Even though these films are not expected to feature Tanushree in a conventional glam avtar, Tanushree is making sure that she doesn't take the de-glam route in her pursuit to give a serious account of herself.
"Please, I am not getting boring for sure. I am not a pseudo intellectual who wants to be an actress in commercial mainstream Bollywood cinema and still want to de-glam myself", says Tanushree Dutta who started off on a sizzling note with CHOCOLATE and AASHIQ BANAYA AAPNE.

"These films required me to carry a certain look while my current crop of movies belong to different genre and treatment", reasons Tanushree, "Still, it's not that I would suddenly have dark circles around my eyes or have the kind of make up that intentionally makes me look ugly. Sorry, but I am not allowing my eye lashes and make up to go anywhere."
She further goes on to defend that just looking glamorous in a conventional sense isn't something that she aspires for?
"There are various shades to a woman. You may not be sizzling hot but still look glamorous. In CHOCOLATE I had to be a seductress and carry a vampish streak. Now a few years down the line, I have to play a traumatized woman in APARTMENT and ROKK. Of course my appearance would differ", she concludes.
